The Challenge
Extra Sauce Agency, a social media content agency for solopreneurs, struggled with inconsistent lead flow and unpredictable revenue. Despite offering valuable services to help solopreneurs grow their brands on LinkedIn and other platforms, their outreach campaigns weren’t effective.
The main issue was messaging that didn’t resonate with the right audience, resulting in a low connection acceptance rate and just one meeting booked per week.
Our Strategy
We refined Extra Sauce’s Ideal Client Profile (ICP) by analyzing their current clients and conducting interviews. This helped us create a targeted list of solopreneurs most likely to benefit from their services.
We then revamped their messaging to address the pain points and goals of this refined ICP, focusing on how Extra Sauce’s content strategies could help boost visibility and grow their personal brands.
